This assessment task provides the opportunity for you to demonstrate your knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of conditions in neonates, infants, children /or young people, particularly in the steps you take on one aspect during a patient’s admission to the ward through to discharge. The focus will be on integrating clinical observation with understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology, whilst applying a person approach.
