| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Assessment Task 1: Entry Quiz | Task Description: | To initiate your engagement into the learning module content for each of the six modules there are selected readings to help broaden your perspective. Once you have comprehended the content of these readings you are tasked with taking a short quiz of between 5-9 multiple choice questions. The result for only the first attempt will be counted towards this assessment task. Students need to score at least 60% in the quiz (you can take it as many times as you like after the first attempt) in order to release the lecture content videos, and access to engage with the rest of the learning module.

| | Assessment Task 2: Discussion Board Engagement | Task Description: |
To help students fortify their knowledge of the learning module lecture content, the tutors will create discussion tasks that will challenge the students to apply their newly developed knowledge. These tasks will be created to review the learning module objectives through practical exercises drawing on past and newly developed student knowledge and experiences. Student engagement in this learning module task will be marked by the tutors. These tasks are designed to help students grapple with lecture content to prepare them for the Exit Quiz (AT3) within each learning module. Several tutor-led discussion threads will accompany each learning module. Weekly contributions by the student to this tool will vary. Tutors will base their grade to this task on the quantity and quality of each module’s contribution against the assessment criteria. Further details will be made available in MyLO.
